2019 Alfred Döblin Fellows

Franz Friedrich, Tomer Gardi, Anja Kümmel, Svenja Leiber, Ilija Matusko, Katerina Poladjan, Katharina Schlender, Lars Werner and Ron Winkler were selected for the 2019 Alfred Döblin Scholarship in Wewelsfleth. Now they will present the texts they wrote there. Thanks to the scholarship from the Senate Department for Culture and Europe, every year up to nine Berlin authors can work at the Alfred Döblin House, which was donated by Günter Grass and is managed by the Akademie.
